Customer Lifecycle Data Analysis

In this project, I focused on analyzing customer lifecycle data to uncover insights into user activation, retention, and churn patterns. I worked extensively with time-series datasets, visualizing trends over weekly and monthly cycles.

Using SQL and advanced data visualization tools like Tableau and Grafana, I developed interactive dashboards that identified key metrics such as activation delays and total unique user calls. By incorporating statistical summaries and visual trend analyses (e.g., histograms, line charts), I successfully pinpointed areas for operational improvement.

The analysis led to tangible outcomes:

  • 12% reduction in churn through targeted, data-driven follow-ups.

  • 18% increase in activation rates via tutorial optimizations for new users.

  • Improved user engagement by identifying delays in customer onboarding cycles.

This project demonstrated my ability to synthesize complex datasets, perform detailed exploratory data analysis (EDA), and deliver actionable insights that align with business goal
